To protect my clients and myself, I prefer that we have a
written record of our correspondence. This protects you if I don't deliver the documents/research that you requested,
and also protects me from unrealistic expectations. I realize that many people prefer phone contact, but sending me
an initial email will start the process and we can later discuss your needs by phone, with a follow-up confirmation of
your needs sent by email.
In the near future I will have an online form for potential clients to complete.
